Membership, Booking & Facility Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 17, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Big Screen Studios LLC (“Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including membership programs, studio bookings, facility tours, and access to the facility through our online booking system.

By purchasing a membership, booking studio time, or entering the facility, the user (“Member,” “Client,” or “User”) agrees to the following terms.

Important Membership Summary

Content Studio memberships require a six (6) month minimum commitment. Members who cancel before the end of the commitment term are subject to a one (1) month cancellation fee equal to their current monthly membership rate.

Current membership tiers, pricing, included credits, additional-credit rates, and add-on options are maintained at: bigscreentx.com/memberships. The information published at that page is the authoritative source for all membership pricing and inclusions.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age to create a membership or booking account.

The individual or organization creating the account is responsible for:

  • All bookings made through the account
  • Payment for all charges, including overage, damages, and fees
  • The conduct of all guests, crew, vendors, and other invitees on the premises
  • Ensuring all invitees follow facility policies

Account credentials may not be shared outside the registered organization.

1a. Account Verification Messages

If you create a member account, we (through our authentication provider, Clerk) may also send one-time passcodes by text to verify your identity and help keep your account secure. These verification messages are service messages, not marketing, and are sent only when you request a code or sign in.

2. Membership Programs

Memberships provide recurring access benefits and booking privileges according to the specific tier selected. Current tiers, rates, included credits, additional-credit rates, and benefits are published at the membership page referenced in the Important Membership Summary above and are incorporated into these terms by reference.

Membership benefits may include:

  • Priority booking windows
  • Member rates on additional studio time
  • Included monthly studio credits (see Section 2b)
  • Access to studio equipment or add-ons
  • Member community benefits

Memberships do not guarantee studio availability, and all bookings remain subject to scheduling availability and the booking priority hierarchy set forth in Section 5.

2a. Membership Term, Commitment, and Cancellation

Minimum Term. All Content Studio memberships require a minimum commitment of six (6) months from the membership start date.

Early Cancellation Fee. A member who cancels before completing the 6-month minimum term is responsible for a cancellation fee equal to one (1) month of their current membership rate, charged at the time of cancellation. The membership remains active through the end of the billing cycle in which cancellation is processed.

Post-Term Cancellation. After the initial 6-month term, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled with thirty (30) days' written notice.

Rollover Credits. Unused included credits may roll forward one (1) billing cycle. Rolled credits expire at the end of the following cycle and do not accumulate beyond that period. Rolled credits are forfeited upon membership cancellation or downgrade.

Upgrades. Members may upgrade to a higher membership tier at any time. The upgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle, unless the Studio and member agree otherwise in writing. Upgrading does not reset or extend the initial 6-month commitment.

Downgrades.Downgrades to a lower membership tier are not permitted during the initial 6-month commitment term. After the initial term, downgrade requests require thirty (30) days' written notice and take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Downgrade requests made during the initial term are treated as cancellations for purposes of the early cancellation fee.

Pausing. Memberships may not be paused during the initial 6-month term.

2b. Studio Credits

Membership studio time is allocated in credits. Each tier includes a set number of credits per billing cycle; the specific allotment for each tier is published at the membership page referenced in the Important Membership Summary above and is incorporated by reference.

How credits are applied. Credits are redeemed for booked studio time according to the conversion published at the membership page. As of the date of these terms, one (1) credit equals one (1) hour in the Content Studio, and three (3) credits equal one (1) hour on the Big Screen Stage (LED). The number of credits required for a booking depends on the studio reserved and the length of the booking.

Additional credits. If a booking exceeds a member's available credit balance, the member may purchase the additional credits needed at their tier's published additional-credit rate. Additional credits are charged at the time of booking unless the Studio and member agree otherwise in writing.

No cash value. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and are forfeited upon membership cancellation or downgrade. Rollover of unused credits is governed by the Rollover Credits provision in Section 2a.

3. Studio Booking Rules

All studio time must be booked through the official scheduling platform.

The Content Studio. Bookings are made in three (3) hour minimum blocks. Members may book up to thirty (30) days in advance and may hold up to three (3) upcoming active bookings at one time.

The Big Screen Stage. A standard Big Screen Stage production day is ten (10) hours, inclusive of load-in and load-out. Overtime may be billed at the published overtime rate.

Users are responsible for scheduling adequate time within their booking for:

  • Equipment setup
  • Lighting adjustments
  • Scene or set changes
  • Strike and cleanup

Sessions that run beyond their booked time are subject to overage charges at the applicable overage rate published at the membership page referenced above.

3a. Studio Tours

Prospective clients and members may schedule a complimentary facility tour through the Studio's website. Tours are available during scheduled tour windows and are subject to staff availability.

Nature of a Tour. A scheduled tour is a guided facility visit, not a rental, booking, or reservation of studio time. Attending a tour does not create a booking, membership, or any contractual right to future studio access.

On-Site Conduct. Tour visitors must comply with all on-site conduct rules, including those in Section 9 (Safety and Conduct) and Section 11 (Prohibited Activities). Access is limited to areas designated by the tour guide; visitors may not enter restricted areas (see Section 6) or handle studio equipment without staff permission.

Liability. Tour visitors enter the facility at their own risk. Big Screen Studios LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. The indemnification and limitation-of-liability provisions in Section 19 apply to tour visitors to the extent permitted by law.

4. Booking Cancellation and Rescheduling

72-Hour Cancellation Window. Bookings cancelled or rescheduled less than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable. For members, the booked credits are deducted from the credit balance and are not restored.

No-Shows. Sessions for which the client does not arrive are treated as completed sessions. No-shows are non-refundable for non-members and are deducted from the credit balance for members.

Rescheduling Outside the 72-Hour Window. Bookings may be rescheduled without penalty more than 72 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.

4a. Studio-Initiated Cancellations

Big Screen Studios, any of its staff, or an authorized subcontractor may cancel or terminate a booking at any time, for any reason, at their sole discretion. The refund treatment depends on the cause of cancellation:

Studio-Caused Cancellations. If the Studio cancels for reasons attributable to the Studio, including staff scheduling conflicts, staff illness, equipment failure, facility issues, or similar operational causes, the client will receive a full refund or a session credit of equal value, at the client's election. For members, any affected credits will be restored to the billing cycle they came from.

Client-Caused Cancellations. If the Studio cancels or terminates a booking due to the client or any of the client's guests, crew, or vendors, no refund or credit will be issued. Client-caused grounds for cancellation include, without limitation:

  • Prohibited activities under Section 11
  • Unsafe conditions created by the client or the client's invitees
  • Verbal threats, physical intimidation, assault, or threats of violence
  • Sexual harassment or harassment based on any protected characteristic
  • Harassment of, or hostility toward, Studio staff, subcontractors, other members, tenants, or guests
  • Refusal to comply with reasonable staff instructions regarding safety, occupancy, or facility rules
  • Intoxication or impairment that creates a safety risk
  • Material misrepresentation of the nature of the production at the time of booking

A decision by the Studio to terminate a booking on client-caused grounds does not limit the Studio's other remedies under these terms, including liability for damages and indemnification obligations.

5. Booking Priority Hierarchy

Because Big Screen Studios operates multiple production environments, scheduling priority applies in the following order:

  1. Facility Buyouts
  2. Big Screen Stage productions
  3. Content Studio memberships
  4. Hourly Content Studio bookings

Big Screen Studios reserves the right to reschedule previously booked Content Studio sessions when necessary to accommodate higher-priority productions. In such cases, affected clients will be offered, at the Studio's discretion, a rescheduled session at a mutually agreeable time or a session credit of equal value. This reallocation is not a breach of these terms or of any membership agreement.

6. Access to Facilities

Authorized bookings may include access to:

  • The Big Screen Stage
  • The Content Studio
  • Green rooms
  • Lobby and guest areas
  • Kitchenette
  • Restrooms
  • Loading dock
  • Grip equipment (if included in booking)

Restricted areas include:

  • Resident Studio Suites (accessible only to their respective tenants)
  • Office Suites (accessible only to their respective tenants)
  • Warehouse and storage areas
  • Staff-only spaces

Access outside booked hours is not permitted without written approval.

7. Facility Occupancy Limits

Maximum permitted occupancy is as follows:

  • The Content Studio: twelve (12) persons.
  • The Big Screen Stage: twenty (20) persons for productions, and thirty (30) persons for live seminars or recordings.
  • Entire building / facility buyout: fifty (50) persons.

For purposes of these limits, the client-side occupancy count includes all of the client's personnel, talent, crew, vendors, guests, and invitees. Studio staff, tenants, and unrelated building occupants are counted separately and are not part of the client's occupancy count.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all of its personnel, talent, crew, vendors, guests, and invitees comply with these limits at all times. The Studio may reduce, pause, or terminate access if occupancy creates a safety concern, blocks or impairs egress, interferes with other tenants, violates building or fire-code requirements, or exceeds the approved limit.

Written approval for occupancy above the limits stated above must be obtained from the Studio before the booking. Higher-occupancy approval may require additional staffing, insurance, fees, and safety measures as a condition of approval.

8. Insurance Requirements

Studio Insurance.Big Screen Studios LLC maintains its own insurance as required under its lease. As of the date of these terms, that coverage includes commercial general liability of $1,000,000 general aggregate, $1,000,000 products and completed operations, $500,000 personal and advertising injury, $500,000 each occurrence, and $500,000 fire and legal liability, written on an occurrence basis and including explosion, collapse, and underground hazards; automobile liability of $1,000,000 combined single limit (owned, hired, and non-owned); umbrella/excess liability of $3,000,000 each occurrence and aggregate over employer's liability, commercial general liability, and automobile liability; and property coverage on a Special Causes of Loss form at 100% replacement cost with no coinsurance, including business income and extra expense (including rental value). The Studio's insurance covers the Studio's own operations and property and does not insure the client, the client's production, or the client's personnel, equipment, or work product.

Client Certificate of Insurance. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) may be required for any booking and is mandatory for: Big Screen Stage bookings; commercial productions; bookings above standard occupancy; bookings using outside vendors; alcohol service; smoke, haze, or fog effects; prop weapons; stunts; vehicles; animals; productions involving minors; rigging; and any other activity the Studio deems higher-risk.

The COI must:

  • Name Big Screen Studios LLC as Additional Insured;
  • Include a waiver of subrogation in favor of Big Screen Studios LLC where available;
  • Carry limits not less than the limits the Studio maintains, as summarized above, or as the Studio otherwise specifies in writing; and
  • Be received and approved by the Studio at least three (3) business days before facility access.

Failure to provide insurance acceptable to the Studio may result in cancellation of the booking or denial of facility access, without refund where the insurance requirement was disclosed to the client in advance. Approval of a COI does not waive any of the client's obligations under these terms, including its indemnification and damage-liability obligations.

9. Safety and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized in writing:

  • Smoking or vaping inside the facility
  • Illegal substances
  • Open flames or pyrotechnics
  • Hazardous materials
  • Smoke machines, foggers, hazers, or other atmospheric effects devices
  • Unauthorized rigging or modification of studio infrastructure

Alcohol, smoke machines, hazers, and similar atmospheric effects may be permitted only with prior written approval from the Studio. Approval for atmospheric effects may require additional safety measures, insurance, and restoration fees.

All users must follow reasonable safety practices and instructions from studio staff. Studio staff may pause or terminate a booking for safety reasons at their discretion.

9a. Egress, Fire, and Facility Safety

The client and its personnel, talent, crew, vendors, guests, and invitees may not block, obstruct, or impair any exit, exit path, hallway, fire lane, fire extinguisher, electrical panel, loading area, stairway, or ADA-accessible route. These must remain clear and accessible at all times.

Cables, cords, and rigging on the floor must be routed, taped, ramped, or covered to reduce trip hazards. Fire alarms, sprinklers, emergency lighting, security systems, HVAC systems, and electrical panels may not be disabled, covered, modified, or accessed without the prior written approval of the Studio and any approval required by the building or applicable authority having jurisdiction.

9b. Electrical, Rigging, and Overhead Loads

Without the prior written approval of the Studio, the client and its personnel may not: overload circuits; alter power distribution; attach to or tap into building systems; hang or suspend overhead items; use lifts or ladders; mount fixtures; perform ceiling or grid rigging; or modify any wall, floor, door, the LED wall, grids, pipes, or other building infrastructure.

All stands, lights, backdrops, props, and overhead equipment must be safely weighted, secured, and operated by qualified personnel. The client is responsible for the safe rigging, securing, and operation of all equipment it brings onto or uses at the facility.

9c. Stop-Work Authority

Studio staff may pause, restrict, or terminate any activity that, in the Studio's reasonable judgment, creates a safety risk, violates building rules, blocks or impairs access or egress, exceeds approved occupancy, or otherwise places people, property, tenants, equipment, or the facility at risk. A safety shutdown caused by the client or the client's invitees is treated as a client-caused cancellation under Section 4a and is non-refundable.

10. Weapons and Prop Weapons

Real, functional firearms and live ammunition are strictly prohibited on the premises under all circumstances.

Advance Notice. Any production involving prop weapons, replica firearms, edged weapons, or any item that reasonably resembles a real weapon must provide written notice to Big Screen Studios at least seven (7) business days before the scheduled booking. This notice must include a description of each prop weapon, its intended use, and the on-set personnel responsible for its handling.

Licensed Armorer Required. Productions involving replica firearms or any prop firing blanks must have a licensed and qualified armorer on set at all times during which such props are present. The armorer is responsible for securing, transporting, issuing, and returning all weapon props, and for ensuring all applicable safety protocols are followed.

Insurance and Waivers. Productions involving prop weapons must provide a Certificate of Insurance with general liability coverage meeting or exceeding the limits specified in the booking contract, and naming Big Screen Studios LLC as Additional Insured. All on-set personnel may be required to sign a weapons-handling acknowledgment and liability waiver prior to the start of the booking.

Approval Is Not Automatic. Submission of the required notice, armorer credentials, and insurance does not constitute automatic approval. Big Screen Studios reserves the right to require additional safety measures, to deny approval for any reason, or to revoke approval if conditions change.

On-Site Handling. Approved prop weapons must be checked in with Studio staff on arrival and secured when not in active use. Prop weapons may not be displayed, brandished, or carried through common areas, parking areas, hallways, the lobby, or tenant areas except as specifically approved in writing.

Safety Meeting. No firing of blanks, simulated discharge, fight choreography, threat or violence scenes, or weapon handling involving talent may take place without a safety meeting with the responsible personnel before filming begins. The Studio may notify building management, security, tenants, or appropriate authorities about the presence or use of weapon props as it deems appropriate.

Violation. Any weapon or prop weapon brought onto the premises without the written approvals described above is grounds for immediate termination of the booking without refund, and the client may be held liable for all resulting damages, costs, and claims.

11. Prohibited Activities

The studio may not be used for any unlawful activity. The following activities are strictly prohibited within the facility:

  • Recording or producing pornographic or sexually explicit content intended for adult distribution
  • Any production involving sexual acts or explicit nudity intended for adult distribution
  • Content constituting hate speech or propaganda, including material that incites, promotes, or glorifies violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Activities that violate applicable local, state, or federal law
  • Gambling operations not permitted by law
  • Use of the facility for residential or overnight accommodation

Legitimate documentary, journalistic, dramatic, educational, and commercial productions that depict, analyze, or critique violence, crime, extremism, or controversial subject matter are not prohibited by this section, provided the production does not itself constitute hate speech or propaganda and otherwise complies with these terms and applicable law. The Studio reserves the right to make good-faith determinations about whether a production falls within this exception.

Big Screen Studios LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate a booking without refund if prohibited activities are discovered.

11a. Productions Involving Minors

Any production involving minors (persons under 18) must be disclosed to the Studio before booking. The client is solely responsible for obtaining all required guardian consents and for compliance with all applicable child-labor, school, safety, and supervision requirements. The client is responsible for supervising minors at all times while they are at the facility.

The Studio may require written releases, additional insurance, or additional supervision as a condition of permitting a production involving minors.

11b. Animals, Stunts, Vehicles, Drones, and Special Effects

The following higher-risk activities require the prior written approval of the Studio: animals (other than service animals, which are addressed in Section 11c); stunts; fight choreography; athletic or dance activity; vehicles; drones; confetti, glitter, or liquids; breakaway props; smoke, haze, or fog; fire effects; pyrotechnics; simulated violence; and other similar higher-risk activity.

As a condition of approval, the Studio may require additional insurance, permits, on-set safety personnel, cleanup or restoration fees, or other restrictions. Approval may be denied or revoked at the Studio's discretion.

11c. Service Animals

Service animals are permitted in all public and client areas of the facility consistent with applicable law. A service animal must remain under the handler's control at all times.

When it is not obvious what service an animal provides, Studio staff may ask only two questions: (i) whether the animal is required because of a disability, and (ii) what work or task the animal has been trained to perform. Staff will not require documentation, certification, or a demonstration of the animal's task. A service animal may be excluded only if it is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to regain control, or if it is not housebroken. The handler is responsible for any damage caused by the animal.

11d. Accessibility and Accommodation Requests

The Studio will make reasonable efforts to accommodate guests, members, clients, crew, and visitors with disabilities. Anyone who needs an accommodation, accessible-route information, communication assistance, or help using the booking system should contact the Studio in advance when practical so we can prepare. A lack of advance notice does not automatically prevent the Studio from providing a reasonable accommodation. See also the Studio's Accessibility Statement.

12. Equipment Use and Liability for Damage

Equipment Handling. Studio equipment may be included in certain bookings or memberships. Users are responsible for:

  • Proper handling of all equipment
  • Returning gear to its designated location at the end of the session
  • Reporting damage, malfunction, or missing items immediately

Scope of Liability for Damage. The user is financially responsible for damage, loss, or theft caused by the user or the user's guests, crew, vendors, or other invitees to:

  • Big Screen Studios equipment, sets, furniture, fixtures, finishes, and the LED wall
  • The building, common areas, and any property of the Landlord
  • Property of Office Suite tenants, Resident Studio Suite tenants, other members, or their guests
  • Property of other clients using the facility concurrently

Repair or Replacement, at Studio's Discretion. The Studio will determine in its sole discretion whether damaged property will be repaired or replaced. Where repair is feasible, faster, and less expensive than replacement, the Studio will generally elect repair. Where repair is not feasible or not cost-effective, the Studio will elect replacement at current market cost. The user is responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement, including parts, labor, shipping, and reasonable administrative fees.

Billing to Card on File.By booking the facility or maintaining a membership, the user authorizes Big Screen Studios LLC to charge the payment method on file for any damage, loss, cleanup, overage, or other amounts owed under these terms. The Studio will make reasonable efforts to notify the user and provide an itemized summary of charges before or promptly after billing, but advance notice is not a condition of the Studio's right to charge. If a charge is declined or disputed, the user remains liable for the underlying amount, and the Studio may pursue all available collection remedies, including the attorneys' fees provision in Section 23.

Third-Party Claims. If damage caused by the user results in a claim by the Landlord, a tenant, another member, or any third party against Big Screen Studios LLC, the indemnification provisions in Section 19 apply.

12a. LED Wall Disclaimer

The client acknowledges that LED video walls have inherent technical characteristics that may affect on-camera results, including moiré, flicker, banding, color shift, brightness variation, refresh-rate interactions, viewing-angle effects, and dead or stuck pixels. Achieving optimal results depends on factors within the client's control, including camera settings, shutter speed, frame rate, white balance, lighting, lens selection, talent distance, exposure, and production design.

The Studio makes reasonable efforts to support normal operation of the LED wall but does not guarantee that captured footage will be free of LED-related artifacts. The client accepts the LED wall in its then-current condition and is responsible for testing the wall against its intended camera and production setup before capture. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Studio is not liable for post-production costs, reshoots, delivery issues, or aesthetic dissatisfaction arising from inherent LED characteristics, except to the extent caused by the Studio's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

13. Parking and Load-In

Parking is available in a shared lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Loading zones may not be blocked, and vehicles must be moved once load-in is complete. Large trucks or specialty vehicles must coordinate with studio staff before arrival.

14. Noise and Production Activity

Big Screen Studios operates as a production facility. Reasonable noise from production activities is permitted. Users are expected to respect neighboring businesses and follow any instructions from studio staff regarding noise levels.

15. Cleanup and Reset Requirements

Users must leave the facility in the condition in which it was found. This includes:

  • Removing all trash
  • Resetting furniture and equipment to their original positions
  • Clearing all personal items, set materials, and production waste

Excessive cleanup, damage, or failure to strike a set may result in additional charges billed to the user.

16. Photography, Marketing, and Content Rights

Client Content Ownership. Clients retain ownership of the footage, audio, and other content they produce at Big Screen Studios during their booking, subject to the terms of any separate production services agreement.

BTS Capture. Big Screen Studios may capture behind-the-scenes photos and video of productions for marketing or promotional purposes.

Portfolio and Marketing License.By booking the facility, the client grants Big Screen Studios LLC a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use (i) behind-the-scenes material captured by the Studio, and (ii) stills, excerpts, or representative samples of the client's finished work produced at the facility, for the Studio's portfolio, website, social media, case studies, pitch materials, and other marketing and promotional purposes. This license does not include the right to redistribute or commercially license the client's finished work to third parties.

Client Representations for Marketing Use. The client represents and warrants that, for any content it authorizes the Studio to use for portfolio or marketing purposes, the client has obtained all necessary permissions, releases, and approvals from talent, guests, crew, brands, sponsors, and rights holders depicted in or associated with that content. The Studio will use reasonable efforts not to publish behind-the-scenes material that reveals confidential, embargoed, or private information where the client has disclosed those restrictions to the Studio in writing before the booking.

Opt-Out. Clients who wish to opt out of both the BTS capture and the portfolio/marketing license must notify the Studio in writing at least five (5) business days before their booking. Confidential or embargoed productions should opt out.

17. Security Cameras

Security cameras are installed in public areas of the facility for safety and security. Cameras are not present in restrooms or green rooms.

18. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed through the booking platform. Users agree to pay:

  • All booking fees
  • Applicable overtime and overage charges
  • Damages, replacement costs, and cleanup fees as applicable
  • Applicable taxes

Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges and denial of facility access until outstanding amounts are paid.

19. Liability and Indemnification

Assumption of Risk. Users assume full responsibility for their crew, vendors, guests, and any equipment brought onto the premises. Big Screen Studios LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Indemnification. The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Big Screen Studios LLC, its members, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to the user's use of the facility, the conduct of the user's guests, crew, or vendors, or the user's breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Big Screen Studios LLC.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Screen Studios LLC's total liability arising out of or related to a booking or membership is limited to the amounts paid by the user for the specific booking or the most recent monthly membership fee, whichever is greater. Big Screen Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

19a. Client Materials, Releases, and Rights Clearance

Client Responsibility. The client is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all rights, permissions, licenses, releases, and consents necessary for its production and the resulting content, including without limitation talent and appearance releases, music and synchronization rights, stock footage and imagery, trademarks, logos, product names, scripts, advertising claims, location rights, union or guild obligations, and any regulated advertising or endorsement requirements.

Representation. The client represents and warrants that its production, its materials, and the instructions it gives to the Studio will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, publicity, privacy, and contractual rights.

Indemnification. The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Big Screen Studios LLC, its members, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to the client's materials, instructions, distribution, or edits, or the client's failure to obtain any required rights, permissions, or releases, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Big Screen Studios LLC.

20. Force Majeure

Big Screen Studios LLC is not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, power outages, utility failures, equipment failure (including LED wall or infrastructure failure), governmental orders, public health emergencies, labor disputes, telecommunications failures, or acts of third parties. In such events, the Studio will make commercially reasonable efforts to reschedule affected bookings or issue session credits, at its discretion.

21. Termination of Access

Big Screen Studios LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership or booking privileges for:

  • Violations of these terms
  • Unsafe conduct
  • Failure to follow studio policies or staff instructions
  • Nonpayment of invoices
  • Harassment of staff, other members, or guests

Termination for cause does not entitle the user to a refund of fees paid and does not relieve the user of any outstanding payment obligations, including the 6-month membership commitment.

22. Policy Updates

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect operational changes. Material changes will be communicated to active members by email or through the booking platform with at least thirty (30) days' notice. Continued use of the platform or facility after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

23. Governing Law, Venue, and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Venue. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms, a booking, or a membership shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Attorneys' Fees.In any action to enforce these terms, the prevailing party is entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs from the non-prevailing party.

Severability. If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with any booking contract, membership agreement, and the pricing and benefits published at the membership page referenced above, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Big Screen Studios LLC regarding the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written.
