Studio Policies

Production Day

A standard production day at Big Screen Studios is typically 10 hours. This includes time for load-in, filming, and load-out. All activities must be completed within the reserved rental window.

Occupancy

Maximum permitted occupancy is twelve (12) persons in the Content Studio; twenty (20) persons for productions on the Big Screen Stage and thirty (30) persons for live seminars or recordings on the Big Screen Stage; and fifty (50) persons for an entire-building or facility buyout. The client’s occupancy count includes all of the client’s personnel, talent, crew, vendors, guests, and invitees. Occupancy above these limits requires the Studio’s written approval before the booking. See Section 7 of the Terms & Conditions for full details.

Load-In and Load-Out

All load-in and load-out activities must be coordinated within your rental window. Teams should plan their schedule to allow adequate time for setup and breakdown without exceeding the reserved time.

Parking

Parking at the facility is shared and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Large vehicles or production trucks should be coordinated with the studio team in advance.

Food and Catering

Food and catering are permitted in designated areas of the facility. All catering setups must be cleaned up before the end of your rental period. Please keep food and beverages away from studio equipment and production areas.

Equipment Handling

Studio equipment should only be operated by qualified crew members. Renters are responsible for any damage to studio equipment, fixtures, or facilities that occurs during their rental period.

Security

Security cameras are present in public and common areas of the facility. Cameras are not installed in restrooms, green rooms, or private spaces. All visitors must check in upon arrival.

Noise Levels

Please maintain reasonable noise levels, particularly in shared areas of the building. Big Screen Studios operates within a multi-tenant facility, and excessive noise may impact other tenants.

Content Standards

All content produced at Big Screen Studios must comply with applicable laws and regulations and with the production standards set out in Section 11 of the Terms & Conditions, which govern prohibited activities in full detail.

In brief: pornographic or sexually explicit content intended for adult distribution is strictly prohibited. Legitimate dramatic, documentary, educational, journalistic, and commercial productions that depict mature or sensitive subject matter are evaluated on a case-by-case basis under the standards in Section 11 of the Terms. When in doubt, disclose the nature of your production at the time of booking — productions involving sensitive content must be disclosed in advance and are subject to approval at the Studio’s discretion.
